I retain the rights to the illustration and character design.I retain the rights to use the artworks for promotional and demonstrative purposes for my service, as well as the right to edit the art for these purposes.I retain the right to refuse the client's commission as seen fit, if payment has not been completed within the agreed time frame, or if the client violates any of the Terms and Conditions.I am not obligated to render any service outside of the agreed commission order, and any requests will have additional charges.I do not do refunds without justifiable reasons. If you fail to make payment after completion of the commission, you will be immediately added to a public blacklist and banned from future commissions.
> In the case of design work, the character is no longer yours to claim as well.If you "ghost" me (failure to respond despite multiple attempts on various platforms over a length of time), I reserve the right to cancel the commission. There will be no refund.There will be an additional charge for artwork intended for commercial use.I do not accept any work associated with/ intended for NFTs or A.I.If you have a desired deadline you need the commission by, you must let me know in advance.
